If you require further information on any of the items shown in this section, please contact the school and we will do our best to help.  Likewise Braille, paper or non-English copies are also available upon request.

Aims and Ethos

Greenland Community Primary School recognises the responsibility it has to the community it serves, and has high expectations of its staff, children and parents.  We aim to provide the best possible education through a challenging and exciting curriculum and to be a school of which everyone can be justifiably proud.

Governing Body

Our Governors share the distinct aims, ethos and vision of Greenland Community Primary School. They believe that our children deserve the best education possible and can achieve without limit.

SLP

SLP is the first primary Multi-Academy Trust in the Stanley area. Our community of schools currently consists of Greenland Community Primary School, South Stanley Infant & Nursery School, South Stanley Junior School, Annfield Plain Infant School, Annfield Plain Junior School, East Stanley School, Langley Park Primary School, Burnhope Primary School and Collierley Primary School.

Having successfully worked together for a number of years within the Stanley cluster our formal partnership will develop and enhance the good work that already exists within all schools without compromising our own identities and ethos.
